If you would like to book, please email me with the number in your party, all rooms (Except BUNK ROOMS) are bookable for 2 people sharing. Please tell me your preferred Home and room, we will then return a full booking form and terms and conditions. Payment of 50% of the cost is payable at time of booking, (which can be paid now see below) to secure your room. Balance is due 90 days or sooner prior to the vacation. 



Email here to bookings@thebearcampnc.com  to advise of you wish to book, or if you have paid the deposit below. Please remember you are not booked and confirmed until 50% of the full payment for 2 people per room is received, and you are in receipt of a confirmation email from us. If you do not pay the balance at 90 days or prior your booking will be null and void and you will not be entitled to a refund. 



All flights are bookable BY YOU, and we suggest you buy Holiday insurance to cover you for travel and medical expenses, seeing a Dr in the USA can be very expensive.
